Medal 23rd-24th July/CHARITY DAY (Shotgun Start) 31st July/Roll Up 30th July-6th-7th August/Stableford 13th-14th August
Not a great couple of weeks for Wycombe Heights teams, with the NAPGC Siemens Bowl team going out in the area final after a 155 v 164 defeat to Rose Hill and the NAPGC Hawtree Trophy team going out 160 v 139 to Royal Epping in round 3. Wycombe had 2 qualifiers take part in the finals of the NAPGC Bourne Vanneck Shield at Sheffield Oaks where team A finished 7 shots off and team B just made up the numbers after a 5 hour plus round. Also, a weakened Chiltern Breakfast League team lost 4-2 to their divisional rivals that saw them drop into 2nd place, with qualification now out of their own hands! Good luck to the NAPGC Clapham Team that play the Addington this weekend!

Club Championships 2021
Congratulations to our new Club Champion Roy Wood, who strolled to victory in the end with a comfortable 4 shot victory after carding a super second round 73. A strong scrambling performance, which saw some crucial putts holed was enough for Roy to take the honours with a 2 day total of 147, beating Graeme Girdwood's 151 and first day leader and former champ Mark Vining, who came in a further shot back. Also, special mention goes out to this years Nett Club Champion Dave Godley, who's two day total of 134 was just enough to pip Steve Keeling by a shot, with first round nett leader Daniel Tanner coming in 3rd. Dave secured the nett victory with a gutsy birdie on the last hole and he has since put in an application for his old postman's job after recently becoming an internet sensation..
Best Saturday and Sunday scores were Mark Vining (gross 73), Daniel Tanner (nett 65), Roy Wood (gross 73) and Steve Keeling (nett 66) with this years Plate being won for a second time by Shaun Coker on 40 points.
Some great scoring with the course in excellent condition and well done to all involved with making it a great 2 days of golf.
